Attempting to at least have these updates done near the beginning of week (or 2nd day of the month), the opportunity still gives me chance to greet the month of May. Hard to believe we are almost at the halfway point of the year and with my birthday being on the 8th, it is a harsh, but clear reminder that time waits for no man. So what is on the docket for this month? Well, a lot actually….so might as well make this for June and July as well.
Looking back to what I had on the table for the previous months, all the actual work for the reviews and even pet projects are complete and now are just in need of editing. Sadly, said editing hasn’t even began yet due to some real life issues I have been dealing with. Thankfully, with a few of those inconveniences under control, I will start tonight on the reviews and should have them up throughout this month without fail. Still focusing exclusively on anime for this month in particular, I will have video game reviews and impressions thrown into mix here and there. Been on a real tear with mobile games like King’s Raid and Brown Dust as of late, so really hope to speak about those in great length as well. As for the pet projects mentioned, you can expect to see those for June and July. They will be more editorial in nature and meant to breakup the monotony of reviews, but might sneak a few in this month depending on the timing. Basically, it will be a free-for-all for the next 3 months working on what I want without anything established. Again, the list below are just some tentative things I hope to have out or coming along with. Having recently quit one of my previous side jobs (due to bad timing with my main work), it has cleared up my time considerably, but will be searching for another gig in the coming days. Feels so strange now with the free time I do have, but will be putting it to good use.
